SPA ETIQUETTE\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t

Please arrive at the spa reception 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.<\/p>\n

Before your treatment begins, you will be asked to complete a form with your personal details (full name, telephone number, email address, etc.), as well as a brief medical history. If you have any particular medical condition or concern, please inform your therapist. <\/p>\n

For hygiene reasons, please take a body shower before every body treatment and prior to using the jacuzzi, sauna or steam room.<\/p>\n

Please allow at least 1.5\u20132 hours between your last meal and your visit to the spa.<\/p>\n

Please avoid consuming alcohol and\/or using any other substances before your treatment and\/or use of the spa facilities.<\/p>\n

Lockers with keys are available in the changing rooms for your personal belongings. For security reasons, please leave your valuables either in your room or securely locked in the changing-room locker. The hotel accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to unattended personal belongings. <\/p>\n

Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode throughout your stay in the spa facilities.<\/p>\n

During your treatment, please let your therapist know if you are comfortable or uncomfortable, whether the pressure feels too light or too strong, if you are feeling well, or if you experience any discomfort.<\/p>\n

In the case that you arrive late for your appointment, and in order to avoid delays to subsequent appointments, the duration of your treatment will be reduced, while the full treatment fee will still apply. If there is no appointment following yours, we will be happy to provide your treatment for its full scheduled duration.<\/p>\n

The spa is a place of relaxation and tranquillity. We kindly ask you to keep your voice low and respect our staff and fellow guests.<\/p>\n
